The quality of our products begins with traceability. We identify the cattle, the carcasses and the products with a unique number that allows them to be traced from their farm of origin through their transformation processes up until they reach the end consumer.

The information from our processes is supported with modern software and real-time records, thus guaranteeing our customers complete reliability.

To ensure that our products meet the highest safety and quality standards in the food industry, we use the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system and the ISO 9001:2015 programme, in addition to internal and external audits, and the inspections carried out by health missions and national and international clients at Frigosinú’s facilities.
