The deboning service is carried out in a streamlined and lineal process at modern facilities with highly qualified personnel.

The carcasses are deboned at a controlled temperature in accordance with national and international health standards.

The safety, hygiene and quality of our products and processes are guaranteed through compliance with sanitary regulations, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs), permanent monitoring of our processes and our HACCP plan.
